South-Western Nicaragua

Southwestern Nicaragua is attractive for tourists, primarily those interested in environmental and beach vacations. The beaches of the Pacific coast provide a lot of opportunities for relaxation - beach vacations, surfing, observation of the inhabitants of wildlife. Probably the most interesting pastime, in my opinion, is the observation of sea turtles, sailing to the beaches to lay eggs. Many guests of the country go to the island of Ometepe - the largest island on Lake Nicaragua.
