The Empire Hotel & Country Club
The Empire is one of the world’s most luxurious hotels, converted from a former palace. The interiors are decorated with gold and precious stones.
Brunei offers a wide range of maritime activities – fishing, sailing, sub-aqua, and coral lagoons. At the Empire Hotel, guests can swim in up to eight different swimming pools – of which one is 11,000 square metres in size. They claim it’s the largest seawater swimming pool in the world.
