Savour – the culinary festival

This is an annual festival in which Head Chefs from many countries – including several who hold Michelin stars – demonstrate their abilities and hold master-classes.

It’s a great chance to try a variety of dishes and ingredients, as well as taking part in wine-tastings from all over the world. And if you enjoy some of the ingredients or wines, you can even buy them to take home with you.

It often seems that the Singaporeans who attend the culinary festival are more interested in the master-classes and the culinary arts – whereas the tourists who come are more interested in trying the results.
