Gardens By The Bay
This surprising park is set in nearly 101 hectares of land reclaimed from the sea. The design for the project was chosen in open competition, and soon became a favourite city attraction and a sightseeing spot on a global level. The visual star of the park are 18 futuristic trees of 25-50 metres in height, with pedestrian walkways spanning the air between them. There are two huge glass pavilions that enclose recreated natural landscapes.
Cloud Forest is a tropical rainforest area with 35-metre-high hill, covered with tropical vegetation and a waterfall. It shows the kind of environment found in the tropical highlands 2000 metres above sea level
Flower Dome has a dry, temperate climate, with a collection of plants and flowers from deserts of the world.
