Mount Faber is one of Singapore's highest points, and the crossroads of the “Southern Hills” walking route. There's a station for the cable car that runs to Sentosa Island.

The first direct transport for visitors wanting to get to Sentosa Island from Mount Faber on the Singaporean mainland was the cable-car – which first opened in 1974. After a major upgrade in 2010, VIP cabins on the cable-car appeared, in which you can order a romantic supper in the clouds on your journey.
