The reservoir makes a popular recreation spot for locals and tourists alike – and is also a favoured spot for fishermen. With its clear water, sandy beaches, attractive landscape and small islands, it attracts many visitors. The forest which stood on the area before the reservoir is still to be found at the bottom of the water. There are many different boat trips on offer – some of which include lunch or supper on board.
